CEPOL Workshop on Environmental Crime in Budapest, Hungary (source: CEPOL)

From 2022 to 2026, I conceptualised, coordinated and evaluated several training sessions for police officers from Europe and beyond as part of the R&D process and the implementation of new technologies in the EU-funded projects at CEPOLIS.

Main tasks:

  1. Conceptualise a training needs analysis.
  2. Examine the EU Strategic Training Needs Assessment (EU-STNA) and CEPOL Operational Training Needs Analyses (OTNA).
  3. Develop a survey tool in collaboration with the technical developers and police partners.
  4. Define objectives, target groups, content and mode of delivery.
  5. Carry out a training needs analysis via EU Survey.
  6. Translating the results into actionable insights for the training sessions.
  7. Conceptualise the training sessions in collaboration with technical developers and police partners.
  8. Evaluate the training sessions.

In June 2023 I was hired as a trainer on OSINT for the CEPOL Workshop on Environmental Crime (22/2023/ONS) at the Headquarters of CEPOL (European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training) in Budapest, Hungary.
