
From 2022 to 2026, I conceptualised, coordinated and evaluated several training sessions for police officers from Europe and beyond as part of the R&D process and the implementation of new technologies in the EU-funded projects at CEPOLIS.
Main tasks:
- Conceptualise a training needs analysis.
- Examine the EU Strategic Training Needs Assessment (EU-STNA) and CEPOL Operational Training Needs Analyses (OTNA).
- Develop a survey tool in collaboration with the technical developers and police partners.
- Define objectives, target groups, content and mode of delivery.
- Carry out a training needs analysis via EU Survey.
- Translating the results into actionable insights for the training sessions.
- Conceptualise the training sessions in collaboration with technical developers and police partners.
- Evaluate the training sessions.
In June 2023 I was hired as a trainer on OSINT for the CEPOL Workshop on Environmental Crime (22/2023/ONS) at the Headquarters of CEPOL (European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training) in Budapest, Hungary.
